About

I'm a writer-director living and working in London. My shorts have played at festivals including Aesthetica, London Short Film Festival, PÖFF Shorts, and Leeds International Film Festival.

I was awarded the BFI Future Film award for Fiction in 2015 for my film Kissy Lips Man. I was selected as a Hospital Club Emerging Creative in 2017, and a member of the BAFTA Crew programme 2017- 2020. I directed a short for Channel 4’s Random Acts in 2016. I’ve also made essay films for the BFI, Arrow and Little White Lies, and charity films for the Barbican and the Royal Opera House.

Outside of filmmaking, I’ve programmed for the Chronic Youth Festival (Barbican) and Sheffield Doc/Fest, devised and delivered workshops for the BFI, and spoken on panels for Into Film. I also run a YouTube channel looking at film, Indietrix Film Reviews.
